Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the MoodMap app and this website. By joining the waitlist or using MoodMap, you agree to them. MoodMap is pre-launch software and is offered on an “as is” basis.

Using MoodMap

• You must be old enough to consent to data processing where you live.
• Use MoodMap lawfully and safely — never tag moods or follow recommendations in a way that puts you or others at risk (for example, while driving or in unsafe places).
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Your content

Your routes and mood entries are yours. By using the community features you grant us permission to include your entries in anonymized, aggregated form in the community heatmap and recommendations, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never publish your individual entries.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves early access and lets us email you about launch. It creates no obligation on either side, and you can ask to be removed at any time.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempting to de-anonymize other users, no scraping, no reverse-engineering, and no disrupting the service or infrastructure.

Disclaimers

MoodMap provides mood and place information for general, informational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, or safety advice. To the extent permitted by law, MoodMap is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
